He wanted me to draw Top Man doing a crazy spin. And since I suck and can't pull it off, I've settled with Top man looking crazy while supposedly spinning. Hope you still like it ~CYanide91.

On top of all the white speed lines, I wanted to put a lot of blurring and turbulence in this but I found it pretty stressful to look at. So I just left it as is. I'm actually quite surprised that I didn't need too much effects to hide the horrible and irregular lineart. Looks like the dark shading did it for me. Hurray.

Oh yeah, Top Man's theme is one of my favorites in MM3. When someone mentions MM3, Top Man's theme is the first that comes to mind. So here a bunch of covers/remixes.
