. Belated Happy Birthday man! 
She is one of his OC's, Chloe. She's a young technician type character who was adopted by an uperclass family (for unknown reasons! !!) and educated / trained in technology. As you can see, she is a badass cool girl with a giant wrench.
She's had a bunch of redesigns over the years, but I really like this latest one. I think it's simple, but cool. Plus, she's wearing black. Sexy! XD Also, this type of distribution of weight and detail is one of my favorites ever (slim simple torso, heavy mid/low). 
I was really hoping I would make it in time. I mean... it's just a relatively simple pic. But work got in the way. I couldn't even play my games. I feel so sick without my games.
But well... here it is! Hope you guys like it. ^^
