Yellow Devil by imbisibol Yellow Devil by imbisibol
It's time for that Roll vs someone pic. :eager:

This time, it's Copy Roll!! Back to finish the job! :fear: Her target? The injured Rock, who has just joined ([link] ) the fray to help Roll in her battle for justice and everlasting peace. Will he end up right back in Dr. Light's workbench? How many more rolls of duct tape does Dr. Light have? Will imbisibol finally be able to make a proper background for any of his pics? Stay tuned! D:

Well anyway, I am seriously tired. I haven't rushed a pic so much since this one. Good thing the heavy lighting helped hide most of the details on Roll (the original one). Speaking of Roll, this Roll must be the most awkward thing I have ever submitted in DA (aside from this one [link] ). I seriously wanted to redraw her so much, but I just can't get it right. Don't even know why or what's wrong with her. DX Well, the focus of this pic is Copy Roll anyway, which IMHO... turned out pretty great! I'm trying to inch my to this style for my Rockman pics, since my old stlye makes them look older and weird. Goodluck to me. DX

Hope you guys enjoy. :thanks:

Seems Copy Roll beat you to the punch, or in this case, energy blast

There is something just so maliciously evil about this. It's probably Copy Roll.  Good grief, this is a great pic, and so expressive! I can almost see the fury Roll is about to unleash upon her copy before any real harm can be brought upon Rock... at least, hopefully. If she can get over her surprise. It looks like Copy Roll's not about to waste any time.

Thanks! Yeah that's how this scene was going on in my mind. Copy Roll suddenly porting in with a shot already charging, then unleashing instant pinpoint death on the Blue Bomber. That was until... <enter Roll saves the day event here>. XD

Thanks for the comment man! :)

Everyone has their strengths and their weaknesses. What makes it work is to accentuate the positives and hide the negatives. And besides, adding a flashy background would only distract from the primary focus, and that is Copy Roll, and Real Roll's reaction to her. I think it works perfectly the way it is.

I can see what you mean about there being something off about 'real' Roll, it would take a better trained eye than mine to pin point what that is. That being said, Copy Roll is the focus of the pic and she is drawn very well. Very dynamic pose and lighting Great job.

I just wanna say how much I love this series ( again ), 'cause seein' the new post actually motivated me to push through and finish my own thing I'd been dragging my heels on. Copy Roll looks absolutely devilish and I love it. Considering all we've seen up to this point I can only imagine a total knock-down drag-out between the two if Rock's put out of the picture.

Pfft, backgrounds, who needs backgrounds? ( Okay, well, not answering that m'self. ) But really, I think the mood for this is much better set than a real detailed bit, walking along a dark hall and *FLASH* you see yourself ready to kill your big brother. I quite like the use of space between the three and how Copy Roll is reaching between the two planes, executed well. And I know you've hailed my lighting before, but I've gotta bow to yours, it's spot on. I can't wait for the next installment in the series.

The lighting in this image really is epic. Who needs a background when you can compose a pic this well?
